CHARITIES
The choir exists for the study and performance of a variety of choral music. However a major aim of the choir is to raise funds for local worthwhile charities. Each year the choir members nominate a local charity that is close to their hearts and the full membership then decide on the one that will benefit from monies raised at the choirs Christmas concert.
Over the years the choir has donated many thousands of pounds to local charities as follows:
